In this video we are talking about coming back to England and how the energies feel here and how different we feel after being away for several months. How creating your own reality and not the one that the mainstream would like you to create is so important at this time. We also talk about 'shit digging', how many of us are being called to dig really deep and clear childhood, ancestral, and parallel life trauma and related belief systems. We found this lovely vegetarian cafe in Sam Roi Yot, Thailand and began a great conversation with its owner. She so inspired us we wanted to share a little of her story and the amazing work she is doing locally. We talk about why health is so important to her, and why she became vegetarian, how and why she set up her business, how she manages farm to fork, and the importance of co-operation over competition in the local community. Underpinning this is her view and actions on sustainability, locally and for the wider environment.
