In this video we talk about our experience in Costa Rica, the contrast between the beautiful nature, tourism and the challenges for the local people. We also discuss how we felt Mother Earth in Costa Rica and the oppression that we felt energetically, and her readiness to release this feeling.

We talk about our exciting experience in Kerala, India. We discuss our amazing Ayurvedic journey there. We stayed in Kovalam and underwent a panchakarma with Revolution Ayurveda and also stayed and had treatment at Besthsaida Hermitage. We discuss how important these treatments were to us and how incredibly friendly the Indian people were to us. We also compare our experience energetically to other locations we visited in 2024.

In this video we are talking about coming back to England and how the energies feel here and how different we feel after being away for several months. How creating your own reality and not the one that the mainstream would like you to create is so important at this time. We found this lovely vegetarian cafe in Sam Roi Yot, Thailand and began a great conversation with its owner. She so inspired us we wanted to share a little of her story and the amazing work she is doing locally. We talk about why health is so important to her, and why she became vegetarian, how and why she set up her business, how she manages farm to fork, and the importance of co-operation over competition in the local community. Underpinning this is her view and actions on sustainability, locally and for the wider environment.
